Here's a classic and unique boho velvet dress from the early Seventies, by a designer of funky things for swinging femmes. It has a high ruffled neck, velvet ruffles at cuffs and hem, and trimmed with a big rhinestone ornament at the center of the skirt. The waist is high, and the skirt is a A-line.
