1960s Vintage Mod Checker Swim/Playsuit

A fabulous vintage bathing suit from the early Sixties! This is very sturdy for a swimsuit: also used a "playsuit". It can also be worn as a really eye-catching costume!

The fabric is sturdy cotton, almost a duck, in a bold black and white checkerboard pattern. It comes with a matching belt and closes with a metal zipper in back.

The suit has a built-in bra which has a flattering round shape. It is lined on top with white cotton, but the bottoms are lined with white nylon.

The only part that stretches is the sides on bodice, and the straps are adjustable with three different settings.

About a small to small/medium size; it measures:

Bust - 33" - 35" (approximately)

Waist - 24" - 26"

Hips - 37"

Length from top of strap to crotch - 29.5"

In #1 very good condition: a fabulous vintage dress.
