1970s Vintage Goth Lolita Velvet Dress

Here's a super sweet dress that looks like something a little girl would wear! The label reads "Denise are Here!". The fabric is a deep green 100% cotton velvet, trimmed with ivory lace at edges.

It has a high collar, puffed sleeves at shoulders and a high waist.
