1960s Vintage Carnaby Street Dress

Here's an original flower child era vintage dress from London's famous Carnaby Street, the happening place in the Sixties for Swinging London.

This fabulous frock is made of a silk-like acetate, in a beautiful antique paisley print of rich tangerine with browns and black. The sleeves have a band of black grosgrain above the elbow, and below they are full, down to the elasticized wrist.

There is a seperate black grosgrain belt to tie at the waist. It is fitted through the waist, then flares out to the hem and closes with a metal zipper.

Waist - 32"

Hips - 44"

Sleeves - 28"

Length - 57"

In #2 very good condition: the orange color is somewhat faded in places.
