1980s Vintage Black Lace & Velvet Peplum Dress

This classic Victorian Gothic-style vintage dress by Harry Acton is from the Eighties. The lace is antique-style rayon/nylon, and the skirt is rayon velvet. It has a peplum waist and a straight skirt. The bust has a boned bustier-type liner. It zips up in back and has a few rhinestone studs at the top of the bodice for shine.
