1960s Vintage Men's Hippie Nehru Jacket

Here's an original, and very rare, vintage Nehru jacket from the Sixties. It's a real fancy one too, made of a number of heavy woven and cut velvet fabrics (mostly natural fibers). The colors are rich shades of plum, with berry-tone reds and purple-to-blue tones in back, plus a panel of golden orange brocade.

It has a stand up, true Nehru collar, a button front, and greenish golden silk satin lining.

The jacket has a slim, fitted shape and a vent/slit in back. The label is missing, but there is a very worn and faded size tag.

This is guaranteed to be a rare and original Sixties piece! It has substantial body and weight and would offer some warmth for chilly nights.
