1930s/1940s Vintage Black Crepe Peplum Dress

Get ready to make a splash in this classic, yet extra cute and fun,dress from the Thirties or early Forties era. The fabric is that great bouncy black rayon crepe, with a great fitted bodice and a sheer neckline with strips of silk satin. It has shoulder pads (removeable) with dolman cap sleeves, and a long waist with ruffly peplum trimmed with black satin and a slightly flaring skirt.

It closes with a side metal zipper.

There is evidence of a label, but it's history.

From shouder to waistline - 19.5

In #1 excellent condition: almost like new!
