1940s Vintage Silk Chiffon Ruffle Gown

This romantic, softly feminine dress could be from the Thirties or Forties, but I really think it is a designer piece from the early Seventies. The fabric is sheer silk chiffon in nude beige. It pulls over the head, ties at the neck, and is trimmed with ruffles around the neck and on the wide bell sleeves.

The skirt is full--a 360 degree full circle! It has a thin elastic at the waist. The label is missing.

This would be best for a small to medium size, since it pulls on and this type of fabric should not be tight at all.

In #1 very good condition: has a couple of tiny light spots on the sleeve, and a tiny pull or two on the skirt.
