1980s Vintage Holly Harp Velvet Top

Here's a fabulous vintage silk velvet top in black. It's from the Eighties, by Holly Harp. It has dolman sleeves, with pads (removeable), and pulls on. The top has a simple shape, with velvet rosette gathers at shoulders.

It is a small size, yet meant to be loose at, and more narrow down toward hips.

Waist - 36"

Length - 27"

Across shoulders - 17"
