1950s Vintage Beaded Golden Silk Evening Dress Suit

This suit has a glittering, movie star style, a vintage dress with a matching jacket. It's probably from the early Sixties. The fabric is ivory silk with gold brocade, covered with "jewels", beads, and sequins in a paisley design. The gold sequin flowers have "emerald" centers, plus rhinestone studs in clean, pale green and pink.

The dress has sleeves, fits to the figure, has a scoop neck, a low back with metal zip closure, and a high slit to the thigh on one side of the skirt. It is about ankle length.

The jacket has two hook closures in front, at 3/4 length and waist length. It is lined with ivory silk charmeuse, the dress with rayon.

In #1 very good condition: may have lost a couple beads, which is normal. A fabulous outfit!
