1930s Vintage Black Fur Jacket

Here's an original fur jacket from the Thirties! The fur must be sheared beaver, or maybe seal. It's a velvety, short, glossy black fur, with slight brown hints in the light.

This jacket is in a totally Thirties vampy style, with bell sleeves that cuff, a one hook closure at the neck, and a short, flared shape.

The inside is lined with silky black rayon. There are no labels or monograms, but you can see the slight imprint where a monogram patch was removed.

About a medium size, it measures:

Bust - 40"

Hips - 40"

Length - 20"

Sleeves - 22.5" (cuffed)

In #1 excellent condition: the fur is soft and supple.
