1950/1960s Adele Simpson Silk Brocade Dress

Here is a fabulous, rich, elegant dress from the very early Sixties. The fabric is a beautiful, silk damask/brocade in shining, almost metallic pale green and gold, with a hint of mauve.

A nicely fitted and femme silhoette, it has a shelf bodice and a flaring skirt with a sort of gathered tail in back. It closes with a metal zipper and is lined with sheer silk.

Length - 44"
