1940s/1950s Vintage Tweedy Yellow Tailored Blazer Jacket

Here's a rare vintage blazer jacket for women. It is from the Fortiess/Fifties era. The jacket has a label from Davidow, and a label from a shop in Nashville, Tenn.

The fabric is a medium weight soft tweedy wool in mellow yellow with black woven in. It is lined with yellow rayon crepe, and has buttons to the neck with fabric covered buttons. It has a scalloped collar and pocket flaps on the two breast pockets.

The jacket is fitted with princess seams for a flattering and feminine shape.

About a small to medium size, it measures:

Bust - 38"

Waist - 28.5"

Length - 23"

Sleeves - 23"

Shoulder seam to seam - 15"

In #1 excellent condition: lovely vintage with no flaws!
