1940s Vintage Floral Peplum Dress

Here's a beautiful, curvy, feminine dress from the Forties. The fabric is lightweight, and feels like silk, but it is probably rayon. The color is navy blue with little bunches of flowers, pansies, violets, and more. The flowers' colors--purple, fushia, and light yellow--are in natural shades.

The dress has a fitted bodice, hooks closed, and has little peplum-type hanging pieces in front. The cap dolman sleeves are gathered at the shoulders. The dress has a droopy bow at one shoulder. Comes with a matching skinny belt.
