1970s Vintage Victor Costa Velvet Coat/Dress

This classic vintage dress or coat is by Victor Costa. The fabric is black rayon velvet. The dress is trimmed at the cuffs and hem with micro pleated acetate ruffles. It has big pointy collars and a button down shirt cut. Unlined, it closes with velvet covered buttons.
