1960s Vintage Embroidered Afghani Hippie Dress

These high quality hippie boutique dresses are very hard to find these days! Here's a two piece ensemble that has a unique design done in amazing fabrics. It is a jumper dress, with a bib overall type bodice. The straps are adjustable and button at the front. It also zips and buttons at back of waist.

There is an interesting wrap poncho top. Its like a shawl that ties together like a wrap around skirt. The fabric is a very finely woven cotton, which feels very soft and is not sheer. It is in deep green with a tiny floral print with lavender flowers.

The top and the dress have a panel of what looks like antique ethic fabric done in an intricate needlepoint that is in shades of lavender and sunset orange with touches of black, white, and royal blue. A lovely outfit!
