1960s Vintage Black Carpet Purse

This beautiful vintage handbag is probably from the early/mid-Sixties. It is covered with a plush, cut velvet fabric in black, and is trimmed with black vinyl.

The purse has goldtone hardware that snaps crisply shut. Inside is lined with black grosgrain. It has a zip pocket. Made in the USA by Empress.
