1980s Vintage Adolfo Silk Ruffle Blouse

Here's an ultra posh, 100% silk satin blouse by Adolfo. It is black as midnight, with a snow white crisp ruffled collar. It has skinny ties at the neck, button front and sleeves. The sleeves are puffy at the shoulders with tiny pads.
